Karate Halloween Party!!

Wyatt went to his very first Costume Halloween Party at the place he takes karate from.  He got to invite a friend to come along so he brought his best friend Justin Clark.  They had such a fun time.  They had a costume contest.  Wyatt came in third so he won 35 ninja dollars that he gets to use towards prizes through karate.  He earns them every time he goes to class and collects them over time then turns them in.  At the party they also played games, then went trick or treating to his Sensei.  They kept going around in a circle until all of the candy ran out.  It took at least 30 minutes or more to go through all of the treats.  Wyatt and Justin had a great time.  When I asked them what their favorite part was they both said it was getting treats.  We are glad that Justin came along with him.

Wyatt's Hampster Dexter

Wyatt's pet hampster known as "Dexter" passed away either late last night or early this morning.  It was a sad afternoon in our house.  Wyatt has had a rough day.  This is a picture of where we buried him in our back yard.  I hadn't even thought of taking a photo but a good friend of mine suggested it.  Sorry it is a dark photo.  I took it tonight around 9:00pm.  Wyatt's best friend Justin came over and brought him some cookies to help cheer him up.  It was very thoughtful of him.  Wyatt has been missing Dexter a lot over the last few days.

Winter Weather!!

As soon as Wyatt woke up this morning and realize that it had snowed, he got himself dressed in his winter gear to go outside and play in the snow.  He was wearing pj's that were shorts and shortsleeve's.  So he was wearing his boots, gloves, coat, etc. with shorts on.  Funny kid.  He wanted to make a snowman but he didn't have time becuase he had to get to school.  He had fun in the snow for a few minutes this morning before it was gone.

Wyatt tested out in karate this last Saturday.  He is now an orange belt in karate.  He is still having fun in karate.  Sometimes he will figt me a bit to do his karate homework but he has fun in the end.  We will try to do some of the things he has learned with him.  He has learned everything so quickly.  He has only been in karate for 4 months now and has ranked up 2 belts.
