Bee's Baseball Game!!

Wyatt got to meet the Bee's Mascott which is Bumble the Bee.  He was so excited.  He had fun watching him go around the stadium all night.  We actually went up to meet him when we got a chance.

Wyatt even got a baseball signed by Bumble the Bee.  He was so happy.  It was fun to watch his reaction.  As soon as he got it signed he was just so thrilled and couldn't wait to go show his dad.

We decided to go to the Salt Lake Bee's Baseball game on Memorial day.  It was really fun.  We had fantastic seats.  We were on the third row up right behind the home plate.  We were so close.  Luckily we were behind a net because there were quite a few fly balls that came our way.  Wyatt had a blast.  He did really great at the game.  He was so excited to meet the Mascott.  That was his favorite part of the night. We did leave at the end of the 6th quarter because it was after 9:00pm.  Wyatt wanted to stay and get some of the baseball players to sign his ball but it was getting late.  We all had a fun time.

Wyatt's Fractured Finger!!

This is the splint that the doctor put on Wyatt's finger.  It kept falling off though.

This is Wyatt's swollen, bruised finger.  It was pretty swollen.  Luckily the swelling went down but his finger is still pretty bruised.

His finger was a bit bruised underneath but it is kind of hard to see.

We had to go back to the doctor the next morning because his splint kept on falling off.  This is a picture of his splint all bandaged up so it would stay on and not fall off.  We keep this tape stuff on him while he is outside playing.  Otherwise we take it off while he is inside and keep the metal and foam splint on so he won't move his finger.  We have to do this for 3 to 4 weeks.  It is going to be crazy.

Another picture of his finger bandaged up.

Well Wyatt has his first broken bone.  He was jumping on the tramp today with his friends.  I heard him start to cry.  He said that he hurt his finger.  When I first looked at it, it looked okay.  It wasn't red or swollen.  A few hours later his finger was swollen and pretty bruised.  I hadn't seen the swelling or the bruising all day.  He was outside playing most of the afternoon.  We decided to take him to the after hours pediatrician.  They put a splint on his finger and sent us to get an X-Ray done.  Needless to say it is fractured and is going to take at least 3 to 4 weeks to heal.  Poor kid.  After he hurt it on the tramp he hadn't said anything about his finger hurting.  He continued to play for the rest of the day.  Before we went to the doctor he wanted to go outside to play tennis but we told him we better wait.  This may be a long 3 to 4 weeks.  He is going to be wearing a splint until close to his birthday.

Wyatt's Stuffed Animals!!

These are some photo's of Wyatt and the class pet's that he has won at preschool.  Last year he won "Jeffery the Giraffe" and this year at preschool he won "Keeley the Elephant".  I was surprised that he won the elephant this year.  Wyatt loves stuffed animals.  Whenever he gets a new one from a holiday he always gives it a name.  He loves playing with his stuffed animals and taking them places with him and cuddling with them at night.  He was so excited when he won the class pets from school.

Wyatt's Preschool Graduation!!

Wyatt had his preschool graduation on Wednesday, May 12th.  He did an awesome job singing the songs and counting to 100.  They even counted to 100 by 5's and 10's.  Wyatt's teacher was Teacher Nisha.  We got a picture of him sitting on a chair by his teacher after the graduation program was done.  My mom and dad came to see his graduation program as well.  There were quite a few people there.  Wyatt won the school pet this year which is "Keeley the Elephant".  He is holding it in a few of the pictures.  We also got a picture of him standing by the graduation signs.  Of course we forgot to take a picture of Wyatt with Doug and I.  We thought about it after the fact.  Oh well.  Wyatt really did a great job singing.  It was a fun and fast program.  We will definitely miss Teacher Nisha as his teacher.

2012 Breast Cancer Race!!

Here are some of the photos I took while walking in the breast cancer race this year.  I have gone for the last 3 years.  The first year I walked for my grandma, last year I walked for my good friend Gloria Richardson, this year I walked for my friend Gail Maloof.  This year they had a different course for the race.  The first picture is a picture of the chopper 5 helicopter that always flies over top, they had signs showing what mile you were at, the bag that I was holding was for my friend Gloria Richardson.  They were here lucky charms that she asked me to take with me today.  I also got something from the race to add to her charms.  There are always cheerleaders at the end of the race cheering everyone on.  It is always fun going to the race and being involved.  There are always so many people there.  It is great!!  Love it!!
